I use hand positions over and lightly touching your body. You will be blanketed and listening to soft music playing. I use a variety of crystals in this practice.

Sound Bath & Reiki Balance
Sound Healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses vibration (vocal or instrumental) in order to relax your mind and body. Human bodies are 65% water, which is a great conductor for vibration. These vibrations can have a multiple effect on a body; vibrations can lead you into a state of contemplation or relaxation, shutting off your bodies fight or flight reflex, and balances the left and right brain hemisphere. Benefits are relaxation response, reduces blood pressure, alleviates symptoms of chronic stress and harmonizes the Body, Mind and Spirit.
Through Shamantic technique I am aided by my collection of different instruments including Crystal and Tibetan Singing bowls, Tuning forks, Shamanic drum, Native American flute, Gong and Vocal toning. I use crystals in my work as well. I will start by walking you through a visual meditation and synchronize into a symphonic flow of sound that leaves you in a state of balanced well being!
